What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Bitcoin. All payments are due at time of service. If you keep a card on file with us, we will charge your card on the day your property is serviced.
How is pricing determined?
Your lawn service cost is determined by both the scope of work, job location, and frequency of service. Please contact us and we will provide you with a quote based on your specification.
Do I need to be home when you mow?
No, but please ensure we have access to all areas you want us to service. Also, if you pay by cash, you are welcome to pay in advance to avoid the hassle of having to coordinate a time to meet and pay each week.
What happens if it rains or storms on my service day?
We try to work through light rain and after the rain ceases. If the weather does cause delays, we will try our best to service your yard within 48 hours. We will notify you if we are going to be more than 1 day off schedule.
What if I need to reschedule a mow?
Please contact us 24 hours in advance to reschedule or skip a mow, for route planning. If we show up to your property before you notify us, a trip charge will apply. If you skip a week we will be back out on your next scheduled service day.
What days of the week do you work?
We work Monday through Friday, and sometimes Saturday if needed. Your service day will be based on the location of your property. We cannot always guarantee a specific time for your service, but will make every effort to be there on your scheduled service day. If your service day falls on a holiday, we will work with you to reschedule the lawn care visit for that week.
What if I want to cancel my services?
We hope you choose to stay with us for the season. If you are unhappy with a service we provide, please contact us ASAP after the service so that we can make it right. We want you to be satisfied with your lawn care. If you want to discontinue service with us, please call us at least a day before your next scheduled service.
Yard Debris
Please pick up objects such as large rocks, branches, kids’ toys, pet droppings, etc. before we arrive for your service. The mower can easily throw objects such as these and cause damage to our workers, equipment, and your property. We also ask that you keep any outside pets confined on your service day and let us know if opening any gates risks a pet escaping so that we can use caution.
