What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, all major credit/debit cards, Venmo, Bitcoin, and Ethereum. All payments are due at time of service. If you keep a card on file with us, we will charge your card at the end of your lawn service day.
How is pricing determined?
Your lawn service cost is determined by both the size of your yard and whether you request weekly or biweekly service. Please contact us and we will provide you with a quote based on your needs.
Do I need to be home when you mow?
If you pay with a card on file, you do not need to be home, but must ensure we have access to all areas you want us to mow. If you pay by cash and want to avoid being at home for each service, speak with us about paying in advance for monthly services.
What happens if it rains on my service day?
We try to work through light rain and after the rain ceases. If the weather does cause delays, we will try our best to service your yard within 48 hours. We will notify you if we are going to be more than 1 day off schedule.
What if I need to reschedule a mow?
Please call us 24 hours in advance to reschedule or skip a mow. If we show up to your property before you notify us, a trip charge will apply. You are the only one who can determine whether your yard needs to be cut, if you skip a week we will be back out on your next scheduled service day.
What days of the week do you work?
We mow Monday through Friday. Your service day will be based on the location of your property. We cannot always guarantee a specific time for your service, but will make every effort to be there on your scheduled service day. If your service day falls on Thanksgiving or Christmas, we will work with you to reschedule the lawn care visit for that week.
What if I want to cancel my services?
If you want to discontinue service with us, please call us a week before your next scheduled service. We hope you choose to stay with us for the season. If you are unhappy with a service we provide, please contact us within 24 hours after the service so that we can make it right. We want you to be satisfied with your lawn care.
Please pick up objects such as large rocks, branches, kids toys, pet droppings, etc. before we arrive for your service. The mower can easily throw objects such as these and cause damage to our workers, equipment, and your property. We also ask that you keep any outside pets confined on your service day and let us know if opening any gates risks a pet escaping so that we can use caution.
